Here at AB Sports Massage we offer four options of training plans all customed to you and your needs.

How the training plan works and what you get…

When you download a generic training plan off the internet it doesn’t always suit your own requirements, you then end up having to mould your life to fit around the plan.  Whereas I create a plan that fits around your life.

Each personalised plan comes with notes and instructions about each session.  I am also on hand to answer any questions that you may have about your plan via text or email.

Do have a running watch?  Plans can also be emailed over to you weekly so you can then load it onto your watch if you require.

Here’s how the process works:

Decide which training plan you want,

I’ll send you a form for you to complete online,

A training plan will then be created for you, with notes and a pace guide and answer any questions you may have

You’re then ready to go ………

8 Week 5k Training Plan

Click on the button below and you will be taken through to a payment page where you can pay online for your plan.  Once payment has been received you will then be sent a form to fill out, once this has been done and sent back a training plan will then be created for you.  

10 Week 10k Training Plan
